HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering is simple, just visit our site to look at the different watch models, choose the watch you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping cart, then proceed to the checkout page.

 

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?

An order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order. Please check your spam folder as well, e-mails are sometimes marked as spam by e-mail providers specially if the address is not in your contact list. If you are still unable to find the confirmation e-mail in any of your folders, kindly contact our customer service at customerservice@lachlannwatches.com.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER? HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO ARRIVE

Yes, you will be notified via email once your order is shipped together with the tracking number, if applicable. Shipping time varies depending on the destination, we aim to deliver all orders within 7-14 business days.

 

DO I NEED TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES FOR MY ORDER?

Your order may be subject to taxes and duties, which are levied once it reaches the country of destination, rates also vary from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs office for more information.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I PLACED IT?

Our order and shipment processes are automated, which means that once your order is placed and confirmed, you will be unable to make any changes.

 

WHERE DO I BRING MY WATCH FOR SERVICE, LIKE IF I NEED TO HAVE THE BATTERY REPLACED FOR EXAMPLE?

Batteries installed in the watches lasts for approximately 1-2 years depending on your use of the chronograph function, to have it replaced, simply visit your local watch shop, replacing the battery usually takes just a few minutes. If you encounter problems with your watch, get in touch with us by sending an email with detailed description of the problem to customerservice@lachlannwatches.com, we will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

 

ARE YOUR WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?

Our watches are water resistant up to 5ATM, meaning it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand rain or accidental splashes but not swimming or scuba diving. However, our genuine leather straps, like most leather straps, are not water resistant.

 

ARE YOUR WATCHES SUITABLE FOR MEN AND WOMEN? CAN WE WEAR IT TO FORMAL EVENTS?

Yes, we designed our watches to look great on all types of wrists, you can also use it to almost any occasion, be it a formal dinner or casual friday. Check out our social media channels for inspirations.

 

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY? 

Warranty of Lachlan Watches is one (1) year from date of purchase. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defect on the watch (movement, case, glass).

 

Please note that warranty does not cover life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the watch and the strap, and the following:

  • Failure or damage on any part of the watch caused by modification or unjustifiable repair.
  • Failure or damage on any part of the watch caused by improper use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, fire, water and natural disasters.
  • Esthetical from normal wear and tear and aging like, but not limited to, scratches, etc.; on the case and crystal, alteration of color or peeling on the strap and case.
  • If the watch or parts there of the watch are no longer available, it may be replaced with substitutes.
